Chakapuli



Ingredients necessary to prepare Chakapuli:
- 1 kilogram or less fatty meat of calf or lamb
- 200 grams of cleaned tarragon
- 200 grams coriander
- 200 grams fresh green onion
- 30 grams fresh green pepper
- 200 grams white wine
- 40 grams garlic
- 100 grams wild plum
- 1 liter of water
- Salt


Slices meat in medium-sized pieces, place them in the pot. Cut green spicy pepper, green onion, tarragon and coriander in small pieces. Put them into the pot with meat. Salt in accordance with your taste, pour in garlic water prepared in advance, white wine, wild plum, and 1 liter of water.
Put the pot in the low heat and let it simmer for about 50-60 minutes with closed lit until the meat is fully boiled. Stir it with a wooden spoon sometimes within 30 minutes before the end phase of the boiling process.
Serve the meat as a hot juicy dish on the table.
